What Is Always Free

Detail updates

New address, new phone number, new email — update your record any time at no charge. A database that charges you to stay legally compliant is working against reunification. We don't.

Keepership transfers

Rehoming a pet moves the record to the new keeper for free, on both sides. Nothing about doing the right thing should carry a fee.

Lost-pet alerts & lookup

Marking a pet lost, finder messaging, search notifications and the public microchip lookup are all free — for keepers and for the people trying to get a pet home.

Paying, Cancelling and Refunds

The price is always shown clearly before you commit to pay, and payments are taken by card through our payment processor — we never see or store your full payment card details. Prices include VAT where applicable, and no additional charge is ever added without your express consent.

Your cancellation rights and our refund rules are set out in the Refunds & Returns policy, and the terms that govern fees and payments are in our Terms of Service.
